Our wine lockers range in size from 9 cases to custom, large walk-in cellars. All lockers hold approximately the case number listed due to variations in case and bottle size.

Prices listed are quarterly, with our minimum term being a quarter.

CELLAR CONDITION & SECURITY

Whether you plan to enjoy your wine in the next year or in 20 years, Eastside Wine Storage will age your wine gracefully, with optimal cellar conditions, along with the highest level of security and safety. Our cellar, consisting of state-of-the-art HVAC units and security cameras has been designed to maintain the highest level of security along with an optimal environment for your wines:

Three HVAC units maintaining a cellar temperature between 54-57 degrees.

Constant air circulation from the evaporator fans.

Individual aisle lights with wood lockers to reduce exposure to light.

Zero vibration.

12 security cameras throughout the cellar with remote viewing by management.

24/7 security monitoring.

CONVENIENCE

We are conveniently located in NW Bellevue on Bellevue Way in the Northtowne Shopping Center, with easy access from 520.

Convenient door front drop-off and pick-up parking, along with a large parking lot steps away.

Level access to cellar lockers, no steps or elevators.
>

As a complimentary service, we accept wine shipments on your behalf.

After hours key fob client access to the cellar and tasting room.

Extended hours client access to the cellar and tasting room.
>

We provide WiFi throughout the entire cellar for ease of updating inventory.

WINE RECEIVING

>

We accept wine shipments on behalf of our clients at no additional cost. Wine is placed in your personal cellar or a holding cellar and you will receive a personal email notification regarding the shipment. All shipments must be legal under the current Washington State regulations. It is up to the client to determine in advance whether any shipment meets these regulations. If there isn’t room to store your wine in your cellar, we do charge a nominal fee for use of our EWS holding locker should more than a week pass of such storage.

CELLAR MANAGEMENT

We can inventory your wine for your personal needs or for valuation purposes. The program we use is web-based, high-powered and offers a multitude of reporting options.

Inventory services can be a one-time event or on an on-going basis to assist you in managing your collection.
>

We also work with several of the high-end auction houses should you need assistance with selling your collection.

CUSTOM BOTTLE RACKING & SHELVING

>

We offer custom shelving and bottle racking systems with full attention to space management and your personal cellar needs.
>

Racking includes three different sizes to accommodate the various differences in the 750ml formats. In addition, we offer custom magnum and bin racking.

Clients may provide their own racking upon management approval
